Job Description:

We are seeking a Inbound & Retail Sales Executive to support our sales organization in a fast-paced manufacturing startup environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, hands-on ownership, and the ability to adapt quickly and get things done.
The role involves handling incoming leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and driving the enquiry through the entire sales funnel until closure.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle leads from calls, website, studio walk-ins, print and social media platforms
• Understand customer requirements and guide them with relevant solutions
• Act as a central coordination point between customers, quotation Team, Finance, Production, Dispatch Channel Partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
• Provide product demonstrations and guide customers in selection of door solution in Studio (Experience centre).
• Maintain and update lead records and status in SFDC CRM
• Track order progress and update customers regularly
• Ensure accuracy, discipline, and timeliness of sales data and reports
• Actively follow up on commitments, open items, and customer requirements to closure
• Mindset to continuously improve sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting

Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate (preferred: Sales / Marketing / Interior Design exposure is a plus)
• 1–4 years’ experience in interiors / retail sales/inside sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good understanding (or willingness to learn) of door solutions
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
