Assistant Manager - Retail Fitout
Role Overview
Manage end-to-end retail fit-out projects from site handover to store launch, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Execution: Manage lifecycle, timelines, budget, and resolve site challenges.
• Vendor Management: Appoint contractors, negotiate pricing, ensure quality.
• Design Coordination: Work with architects for layouts, BOQ, materials.
• Site Management: Conduct visits, ensure safety, quality, timelines.
• Budget Control: Track costs vs BOQ and optimize.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with teams and partners.
• Documentation: Maintain drawings, approvals, contracts.
• Store Handover: Deliver snag-free stores ready for launch.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design | NICMAR PGDM preferred
Experience

Preferred Background
Retail sectors: Building Materials, Fashion, QSR, Electronics | Travel: 10–12 days/month
