Job Description:
Lead the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems across restaurant development projects, ensuring compliance with operational requirements, safety standards, statutory regulations, quality, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MEP design and execution for new outlets, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and engineering calculations.
- Oversee HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, electrical, fire protection, and kitchen hood suppression systems.
- Ensure seamless coordination between architecture, interiors, kitchen planning, consultants, and project teams.
- Support project planning, tendering, contractor selection, site execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, fire regulations, statutory approvals, and safety standards.
- Manage MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors while driving quality, standardization, and cost optimization.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery across multiple locations.
